EB-5 Regional Centers

The EB-5 Pilot Program allows immigrant investors to invest in an already existing business project managed by a USCIS approved “Regional Center” rather than having to create and manage one’s own business.

Regional centers projects can vary greatly in terms of industry selected, investment term, exit strategy, job creation plan, investment methodology and dozens of other factors.

Most centers follow a very conservative investment strategy, but “approval” by the USCIS does NOT mean that you will certainly get your green card or your money back.

Very careful due diligence analysis of the projects must be undertaken before an investor can select the most suitable investment for his or her objectives and risk/reward profile.
